Uses:
The belt steel cord cutting and fitting machine series can convey steel cord, cut off uncured calendered steel cord, cut the steel cord with an adjustable length and on an adjustable angle of 15°-70° and fuse them together, wrap the edge to seal steel cord, and curl in various lengths with coiling device, thus developing an automatic steel cord cutting and fitting production line.

Unwinding body, cloth delivery body, shear, under-shear conveyor belt, positioning body (including positioning conveyor belt), splicing body(including splicing conveyor belt), cloth unloading body (can be used as artificial splicing workbench), traction device, wrapping and clipping rubber fitting device (tape let off device), double-station coiling device, full range pneumatic device, and full range electrical control device.
